The Madinah Arabic Course (Beginner Level – Women Only)

This introductory course was offered for women with little to no prior knowledge of Arabic, using the new edition for beginners of the renowned Madinah Arabic series. Taught for the first time in Australia, the course provided a strong foundation for students to start the intermediate-level course of Classical Arabic (Fusha) and was ideal for non-native speakers. Held weekly at Masjid Al-Salam (Marsden, QLD), it ran from 26th Muharram 1446H ( 1 August 2024) and concluded on 26th Shawwal 1446H (24 April 2025). The program was offered completely free of charge as part of Markaz Sunnah’s commitment to accessible Islamic education.

The Madinah Arabic Course (Intermediate Level – Women Only)

This ongoing course builds on foundational Arabic knowledge using the new edition of the renowned Madinah Arabic series. With a strong focus on developing practical conversational skills in Classical Arabic (Fusha), this course is ideal for women who have completed a beginner's course or already have a basic understanding of Arabic. Held weekly on Thursdays from 9:30 am to 11:30 am at Masjid Al-Salam (Marsden, QLD), the course is taught free of charge and aims to help students engage confidently with Islamic texts and daily Arabic dialogue.
